This photograph shows the Call Studio, as it was known, on Main Street. Bert and his crew sold gifts, jewelry, and hand-colored black and white ohotographs until he retired after being on Main Street since 1887. He took portraits of the majority of people within twenty miles of Dexter. This is presently the Dexter Cafe.
